HEALTH GUARANTEE

To the best of my knowledge, the seller certifies that the puppy you purchase is in sound health at the time of sale, and is up to date on all vaccinations and worming as stated on the vaccination records provided to the buyer.  I do my best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy.  We have raised this puppy from sound parents and it is your responsibility to take good care of him/her to ensure a long healthy life.  You may play an important role in helping your puppy grown into a healthy adult.  The buyer then becomes responsible for all further vaccination, boosters and worming.

If your puppy is found to have a genetic defect, the following conditions must be met in order for a replacement to be made. An official report from a licensed vet stating, without a doubt, the puppy has a genetic defect that would hinder the puppy, must be sent to me along with the vet’s office phone number.  If the puppy should die, autopsy must be done by a licensed vet stating the cause of death, and forwarded to me. The seller has the right to confirm the diagnosis with a vet of my choice.  The seller will not be responsible for any expense you may incur, including return shipping and vet expense.

This warranty applies only to the original buyer.

Parasites are not covered under the warranty as a puppy can pick these up over night in travel.

Your puppy will be up to date on worming and should be wormed regularly as recommended by your vet.

Hernias, umbilical or inguinal are occasionally present in puppies.  If surgery is required, we provide $50 for umbilical and $75 for inguinal.  Most hernias will be outgrown.  If not, they can be easily repaired at the time of spaying/neutering.
