HEALTH GUARANTEE

To the best of my knowledge, Mainstreet Puppies certifies that the puppy you purchase is in sound health at the time of sale, and is up to date on all vaccinations and worming as stated on the vaccination records provided to the buyer. I do my best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy. We have raised this puppy from sound parents and it is your

responsibility to take good care of him/her to ensure a long healthy life. The buyer then becomes responsible for all further vaccination, boosters and worming and failure to provide proper care and health management shall void the guarantee.

Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed vet within 3 business days of the date of sale at buyer’s expense or Mainstreet Puppies assumes no further responsibility. If within that time period the puppy is declared to be in a life-threatening condition by a licensed vet, the buyer must obtain a report from their vet and call Mainstreet Puppies immediately. The puppy, report and all registration papers must be returned to seller within 24 hours after the puppy is examined. Mainstreet Puppies will provide another puppy of equal value as soon as one is available. We do not offer cash refunds. Seller also retains the right to get a second opinion at seller’s expense. We are not responsible for any veterinary expense, medications, transportation or any other cost after the puppy is sold.

The warranty applies only to the original buyer. Parasites are not covered under the warranty as a puppy can pick these up over night in travel. Hernias, umbilical or inguinal, are occasionally present in puppies. Most hernias will be outgrown and if not, they can be easily repaired at the time of spaying/neutering. If surgery is required, we provide $50 for umbilical and $75 for inguinal. This guarantee covers the heart, eyes, congenital defects and bad patellas.

Mainstreet Puppies offers a 1- year health guarantee on this puppy as stated in the conditions above.
